A Message From Our 2025 Vice President of Membership:
Congratulations on being accepted into the University of North Texas! Doing so is no easy feat, filled with new challenges and experiences like creating a home away from home, truly finding yourself, and creating lasting friendships.
As an admittedly nervous and uncertain Freshman, I took a chance and registered for Formal Recruitment after hearing the promise of creating bonds that will last a lifetime through the inspiring and diverse Panhellenic community. As I look back now as a better leader, sister, and friend, I can easily say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Finding those who I can depend on through life’s struggles, celebrations, and the years to come has made the past few years undoubtedly amazing. Not to mention the incredible opportunities given to flourish in knowledge, connection, and trailblazing. Greek life has provided more than I ever expected since I chose to take a chance and register on a casual summer day years ago. I strongly encourage you to be brave and do the same boldly!
The Recruitment process is unique and like no other. Cherish each moment, trust the process, and remember everything happens for a reason! Recruitment has provided me an inside view on how much energy, time, and love goes into the process to ensure potential new members truly find their home, wherever it may be. No matter where this experience takes you, fully commit and remain true to yourself!
The Zeta Sigma chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma can’t wait for Formal Recruitment this fall! We are so excited to meet all of you and strengthen our sisterhood with intelligent, loyal, and optimistic women. Our chapter is solidified through the composition of genuine and unique women who are proud to be known as outstanding Kappa women, not only in the sorority but in our everyday interactions.
Most importantly, Kappa will always be here for you with a shoulder to lean on. The day will be here before we know it - see you soon!
